Personality:	Like his name, Cheapskate is never frivolous. He steals what he can and never shares, fights over tidbits of food, and whenever Night settles into a place for more then a day, begins hoarding whatever he finds (be it shiny or tasty) into whatever small nooks and crannies are handy. He's generally ill-tempered, though he'll be kind enough to a person if they feed him often, and well.
