Appearance:	Sehmei is perhaps one of the most unique dragons to inhabit Star City. Unlike most of his cousins, Sehmei sports a more serpentine appearance, looking much like what most people would call an 'oriental-style' dragon. His entire body is shades of blue, though his stomach is faded to a lighter, nearly lilac colour. His head, which rests at the end of a very long neck, is fringed with whiskers at his chin, cheeks, and two moustache like strands which hang from his nose. His eyes are a metallic grey and pupiless. He has three stones embedded in his head. The largest is set just between his eyes, and the other two (which get increasingly smaller) are set along the top of the snout. Sehmei also has two, two-pronged antlers jutting from just behind his eyes. His feathered wings, which are slim and meant to cut the air, rather then hold it, are a darker shade of blue then his body, but are tipped with white. He has a plume of lustrous blue fur at the end of his long tail.
Personality:	He's a quiet dragon, and sometimes described as eccentric. Sehmei has a lot of power in his small frame, but he rarely uses it. If he does get into a disagreement with another, he would much prefer to settle things with words then a physical fight. Generally he is kind to those he his familiar with, but rarely is he towards people he hasn't met before. He can and does stay perfectly still for long periods of time, just sitting or laying and contemplating on his large pile 'treasure'. As if to balance this, when he moves, he is incredibly quick and agile, especially in flight. In flight he looks like a streamer in the wind: whipping back and forth carelessly, yet with a certain grace. He can call up water from nothing (or so it would appear), and once in a long while, when he gets a playful urge, he enjoys dumping a bucket-full of the stuff on unsuspecting friends.
