Neli likes to dress in bright clothing, neon ones if she can get her hands on them. Her round face has a large mouth and a rather long, pointed beak of a nose. Her eyes are just a little small, though their vibrancy seemse to make up for this. She has nearly metallic, short green hair. It's not that she's dyed and cut it, it's just that it grows that way. Over all, she's very short. At four feet tall and fifteen years of age, she's pretty well done growing. Her body is rather child-like, she has no breasts, and some people tend to mistake her as a boy. For the most part, she wears a smile, but when she's angry, her face can twist into one freakily rage-filled mask. In her half-half form, she looks nearly the same, though her skin is covered in feathers, and her arms seem to shrivel into partial wings. Her back is lined with flashy green feathers, as are her arms, though her belly and chin turn pale grey-white. Her primaries are a muted black, as are her now semi-bird like legs. She generally doesn't like to wear this form. Her full-bird form is that of a hummingbird, a Ruby-throated Hummingbird to be specific. Because she is female, she doesn't display the full impressive bib of sparkling red that a male counterpart would have, but her bright green back is quite pretty. She is slightly larger than regular hummingbirds, though she still has their amazing manouverability, and her calls sound nearly identical. She likes this form the best out of the three. |
| Personality: | Like many of her subspecies, Neli is a bright and outgoing person. She loves to talk, as well as sing, and she enjoys the company of friends (especially doting and fighting males). People who don't know her very well might be a little afraid of her; each emotion comes to the surface with such rapidity that one might think she's got multiple personalities. She's quite normal, just easily excited, easily angered, easily forgiving... well, you get the idea. She spends a lot of time travelling, following an almost migratory pattern with the seasons, but she calls Shivran Aerd home. With so many different people and species to socialize with, it's like the hub of her activities. |

| Appearance: | The whole of Netwi's body is a bright, semi-sparkling orange. She throws off a gentle orange glow in even the softest of light, and in full sunlight... hooboy, better shield your eyes! Her deep blue eyes contrast sharply with the rest of her hide. |
| Personality: | Sociable and bouncy, Netwi enjoys getting to know people. More importantly, she just wants to know why. Why this, why that, why that other thing? What's going on over there? She's always asking questions and always looking for new things to learn and discover. If she doesn't get what she wants right away, she can be a most persistent whiner. |
