Verbal Speech: The dragon can speak verbally.
Telepathy: The dragon can send and receive mental communication
Bend Light: The dragon can form a prism-like barrier to refract light away from its original course.
Light Beam Expulsion: When the dragon opens its mouth and triggers this ability, a beam of bright light expels from its mouth towards the intended target.
X-Ray Vision: The dragon can see through most objects, barring those coated or obscured by heavy metals and molecules.
Regeneration: The dragon has self-healing abilities to the extent that it can replace a lost limb or tail, over time.
If a dragon's abilities do not include some form of communication, it can be assumed that said dragon has weaker then usual telepathy--it may only be able to send and receive with a certain person, or it may simply be difficult to 'hear'.
