He's not stupid, but he likes to dabble in more then one relationship at once whether or not his partner is willing to let him. Addicted to the first warm glows that courtship and the chase give him, Phasmus is usually reading moving writing, picking flowers for bouquets, and working hard on his wing-muslces to win Flights.
